This Spring, we are focusing on Sleep Hygiene Education because better sleep = better focus, mood, and overall health: 😴 Better Sleep, Better You! Getting quality sleep boosts concentration, strengthens your immune system, and helps you feel your best—so make rest a priority this Spring:
✔ Stick to a schedule – Go to bed & wake up at the same time daily.
📱 Limit screens – Power down devices 30 minutes before bed.
☕ Watch caffeine intake – Avoid late-day coffee & energy drinks.
🛌 Create a sleep-friendly space – Keep your room cool, dark, and quiet.
💤 Short naps = more energy – Keep naps under 30 minutes.
This Spring is a great time to refresh your wellness routine and care for your physical, emotional, and spiritual health—and biking is a perfect way to do just that! Whether you're riding for fun, fitness, or commuting, cycling is low-impact, energizing, and good for your body and mind:
